Serpil Tascioglu is Director R&D Foods Transformation at Unilever. She is responsible for end-to-end Global R&D Transformation of Foods Division of Unilever. She is leading the creation of Unilever’s new Global Foods Innovation Centre at Wageningen Campus in The Netherlands, closure of 3 existing R&D sites, and building new capabilities, talents & skills to transform Foods R&D into an innovation powerhouse.
