“Working to make people, organizations and companies, future-proof. With an innate love towards food, I am a curious traveler studying human needs.”
Beatriz was working in International Relations when she discovered the field of Gastrodiplomacy, and became fascinated by it. She started exploring the power of food as a tool for fostering economic development and intercultural understanding, and developed a food-based learning methodology to enhance creativity and entrepreneurial skills. This led her to the Future Food Institute, where she embarked on a journey around the World to explore future challenges and opportunities in the food system. She has conducted Design Thinking projects for several food companies. Currently, she is working in innovation and transformation processes that make people and companies future-proof.
